Adelaide’s residential market continues to perform well with the
mining boom playing its part in the strong market. Rental vacancy remains
very tight which will keep pressure on rents which are responding with
consistent increases. Annual growth returns over the past 12 are second only
to
Brisbane amongst the major capital markets.
