Comment:
After a period of stabilization and
then modest price growth over the past 12 months, the market has kicked up a
gear and delivered double digit returns over the past year. Rental growth
has also been consistent over the past 24 months due to low rental vacancy.
We anticipate further rental growth over the period ahead.
