of each quarter. Comment: After a protracted upturn in values that commenced in 2000, Hobart’s residential market peaked in March 2008. Values have eased somewhat since although not substantially. There has been consistent rental growth over recent years which has kept yields at levels acceptable for investment. Having said that, Hobart is not expected to continue its upward trend in the period ahead and we would be wary of further investment in this market at present. Detailed Market Information:
