Terrace Gardens and Terrace Grove, Dulwich Hill, are small developments located in a classic quiet tree-lined street with local parks, schools and shops close by and within walking distance (700m) from Dulwich Hill train station which connects the area directly to the CBD.

Terrace Gardens and Terrace Grove are two of the last available sites zoned for medium density development in the area (other than mixed use on busy roads).
A search of Marrickville Council planning maps indicates that these sites are the last remaining medium-density sites available in the area. These apartments will be the most contemporary accommodation available in a location that is effectively built-out.
The existing Metro Light Rail (MLR) that connects the Inner West to the city is being extended from Lilyfield to Dulwich Hill. This is already under construction and is due to be operational by 2014 further strengthening the area's relationship with the city. The MLR Dulwich Grove station is located 200 metres from Terrace Gardens and Terrace Grove. This extension will better connect the area to central Sydney's major employment and entertainment hubs and undoubtedly broaden its appeal with both homebuyers and renters.
Terrace Gardens, Terrace Grove and the new light rail are due to complete at around the same time. It is a significant benefit for the area and these properties.
